This is a surface mounted spring-loaded door closer. It will work on doors up to 150 lbs. . The closer is non-handed and has adjustable tension. Ideal for mounting on the frame of any door you want to close after being opened.
- Great for use on man doors (hinged doors providing access to home-attached garages) with U.L. listing and 1/2 hour fire rating
- These safety closers feature an adjustable closing speed and they can close doors weighing up to 150 lbs.
- All components are surface mounted and work in a pushing-closed manner rather than a pulling-closed method with no hold-open feature
- Diecast construction with steel arm comes in a brown baked enamel finish
- These closers have the ability to rotate a full 180-degrees
